Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our shop, choose your items, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, head to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options available through our website platform.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. Our store is powered by Wix and uses SSL encryption to protect your payment details. We never store full credit card information on our servers.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to the U.S. and select international locations. Shipping options will appear at checkout.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We work with Printify to ship our orders. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days. International orders may take longer depending on location and customs. 

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: All apparel items are available in sizes S–2XL. 

Q: Are your designs original?
A: Yes! All designs are created by Audrey or Bella. 

Q: Will items look exactly like the photos?
A: We do our best to represent products accurately, but slight color or print variations may occur due to different screens and printing processes.

Q: What if I have an issue with my order?
